Going ENGLISH

Hey everyone!!! Qué pasa?!? These past couple weeks have been great! Me and my comp Elder Ballam are here working hard in this area! Our ward Namao is super great the whole ward is very missionary minded and very friendly. Last week we had Elder Carpenter come to our mission and give us some trainings and pointers to continue to progress the work in this mission. He talked almost about the Book of Mormon and how it is the most powerful tool combined with the spirit to bring others unto Christ. Also the new Book of Mormon video is super cool if you havent seen it yet be sure to check it out! Our teaching pool right now is honestly probably the biggest I've ever had! We just had a passover lesson with the sisters with this native lady named Valerie and her son Tyler and they are both super humble and appreciative of us visiting them! We hope that we can continue to progress with them! We are working a lot with a recent convert named Daniel who just got baptized last transfer he is super cool. Daniel is the really tall one in one of my pictures haha. I will keep you updated on the rest of the people I havent been able to meet all of them yet because everyone has been really busy. We have been able to find a lot of Spanish people these past couple weeks which is super cool seeing that we are both Spanish missionaries in an English ward. They all seem to be really interested but work is the big thing here where it's really hard to set up visits. We met with this one lady from El Salvador and she was super nice! She also basically told us where the rest of her family lives so we visited them too and they said they would all come to the ward potluck. They ended up not being able to come because they were busy but hopefully we can continue to meet with them!  Everyone wish me luck for this next week it looks like we should be getting some snow already and it's already getting pretty cold! The winter is upon us here in Edmonton hahaha! Los quiero a todos! Have a great week!
