Papusas!

Hola amigos y familia!!! It has been a quick couple weeks here! This cambio(transfer) is going by really fast we only have two weeks left. We have been told that a new missionary from Honduras is coming so me and elder web are really wanting to train him. I guess you guys will find out in my next email! We've been experiencing a lot of cancelled appointments lately which kinda stinks but we have lots of lessons with Spanish members here to practice! We have so many amazing people we are teaching but everyone is always too busy! There is this one English guy named Isaac that we are teaching that is super solid. He has been taught everything in the past but he says he is going to get baptized this time! When we stopped by one of our investigators house a couple days ago he wasn't able to meet with us so we had a lesson with one of the guys who lives there instead. It's super cool because there is like 4 people who live in this house and they are all from Mexico. We had a great lesson with this guy named Edwin we taught him about the Book of Mormon and he should be coming to church this Sunday! We don't have any baptisms coming up but I will let you know when that changes!

We had zone conference last week and that was great! We talked about conversion and real intent. One thing that I really like that was said was "the first seeds of conversion begin with an awareness of the gospel...and a desire to know the truth". Its so important that we share the gospel with everyone we can! It was also great to see all my friends in the mission. This transfer we have been doing a lot of service because there is now a senior couple in charge of getting companionship service opportunities! This past Saturday we helped out at a community snow day event. There was so many people there it was great exposure for our church. We were also able to try out some of the activities too which was lots of fun. Me and Elder Webb learned how to make papusas! It is a Spanish food from El Salvador and a couple other places. We had dinner with the Muñoz family and she taught us how. They turned out really good. So if any of you guys want some papusas i got you! Los quiero a todos! I hope you all have a great week!
